Haygrove Sports Leaders support Spaxton Primary School

Our Year 9 sports leaders were fantastic supporting Spaxton with their sorts day last week. They displayed wonderful confidence and community spirit to help out the Spaxton students with their different sporting events.  

It was absolutely brilliant to watch them working so well with the younger students. They were an absolute credit to themselves and to Haygrove. 

Mrs Rood, Headteacher at Spaxton School, said, “Thank you so much to Mr Cook and the Year 9 students for helping to organise the games at our sports day. Their help and support is greatly appreciated and the morning would not have been possible without them. They were a credit to Haygrove - so helpful and polite. This is such a lovely way for our two schools to collaborate!”
