Haygrove Student published in The Scholar!
We are delighted to share the exciting news that India, has had her university-style assignment published in The Scholar, the academic journal of The Brilliant Club. This termly publication showcases outstanding work produced by pupils on The Scholars Programme and is the only academic journal in the UK dedicated to publishing original research by school students.
Each assignment nominated for publication undergoes a rigorous review by a panel of PhD researchers, and only the highest scoring pieces are selected. India’s work impressed the panel with its originality, depth, and academic rigour. 20,000 students take part in the Scholars Programme every year, having work recognised and published in this way is huge achievement.
This success is part of our ongoing partnership with The Brilliant Club, a charity that works to increase access to highly selective universities for pupils from mainstream schools. Through The Scholars Programme, our students are mentored by PhD tutors and complete university-style assignments on advanced topics, gaining invaluable experience in research, critical thinking, and academic writing. The programme not only raises aspirations but also equips pupils with the skills and confidence to thrive in higher education and beyond. It’s a powerful way to introduce them to the world of academia and to celebrate their potential.
We are incredibly proud of India for this remarkable achievement and look forward to seeing how her academic journey continues to unfold. Congratulations!
